There are many parking and access points located in the small hamlets along the snowmobile trail system. Some sponsor businesses allow parking at their locations should you decide to stay at their hotel or eat at their business. If you are not sure if you can park there, please walk in and ask before parking a 4 place trailer and truck in their parking lot. The County Snowmobile Association's Trail Map marks all parking areas. Please be considerate when parking at any location and leave plenty of room for others.
NOTE: DEC and landowner is requesting that snowmobilers do not park on the road going into the NYS DEC LONG POND TRACT off of Rt 56 between South Colton and Sevey Corners. There is other parking at trail heads that feed into the same area listed below.
